The KA001 is an ultra-compact portable radio. Powered by two AA batteries, it picks up AM, FM and NOAA weather forecasts. In the case of an emergency or disaster, the radio can be powered by the internal rechargeable batteries that are charged via an easy-to-use hand crank. One minute of cranking can generate enough power to run the radio for 15 - 20 minutes. The radio also features a 3-LED flashlight, which is great for outdoor activities.
